Organization of Festivals
Each festival has an artistic concept. It is not a sum of some abstract aesthetic, social, economic attitudes, but a model of a stable, systematically directed practical repertoire policy and orientation towards certain categories of spectators and listeners, which determine the status of this festival among others.
Most of the now famous and popular festivals appeared in the 1950s.
The festival, as a phenomenon of artistic life, is distinguished by a special holiday atmosphere, an orientation towards showing the best art groups and performers, an originality of the repertoire proposal, which is different from the repertoire of stationary groups.
